Ohio History Connect Parking Release and Waiver of Claims

This is a release and waiver of claims. OHC is not responsible for loss or damage to any property brought on to its premises. Park at your own risk.

The undersigned hereby releases, waives, forever discharges and covenants not to sue the Ohio Historical Society dba the Ohio History Connection, its employees, officers, agents, representatives, volunteers and trustees (referred to collectively as “OHC”) from any and all claims in respect or related to all property owned, leased, rented, in the possession of or controlled by the undersigned while such property is on premises owned, leased, controlled or occupied by OHC. The undersigned shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend OHC from claims of third parties in respect to property owned, leased, rented, in the possession of or controlled by said third parties which is brought on to OHC’s premises by the undersigned.

This release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue shall apply to all claims, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

The undersigned is 18 years of age or older, has read this release and waiver of claims and understands it, and has signed it freely and voluntarily.

Civil Rights Heritage Tour of the South is not responsible for any lost or stolen items/ baggage while on the tour. Travel insurance for baggage damage, loss or trip accident is not offered by Civil Rights Heritage Tour of the South and is the responsibility of the individual traveler/rider.
